NJ331 Hopatcong, NJ

Details

Located at the The Fireman's Park in Hopatcong, there is so much to see here and so much careful thought went into this project. There are 2 large steel beams, and 1 smaller piece of bar joist steel. The heavy steel rusted beams stand guard over the "Falls of Honor", a small waterfall which trickles down into a beautiful pond. The more delicate golden bar joist is perched on top of a Pentagon shaped marble base, and each side is inscribed with the events of that day.

This is truly a wonderful site to visit and reflect.

The location is at the corner of Hopatchung Road and River Styx Road in Hopatcong, New Jersey
