NJ071 Vosseler Park

This Monument is really beautiful!

There are two Black Marble towers with a scrolled marking on the ground between them. Behind is a Black Marble monolith with a hole cored through it. At 8:46am on September 11th, the Sun will shine through that hole and light up the scroll. We visited on 9/11 and there were 2977 flags in the field behind it.
